Come learn how we smoke delicious meat at Soulbelly, includes beer by Shiner Beer and meals!This will be an immersive class, participants will learn how the following:
- Sausage making 101
- Select the right wood for the job, light and manage a fire and all of the important
details, understand the engineering of the smoker and the science behind
- Trim, season and smoke a brisket
- How to properly carve and serve meats
Class is Monday, the 19th of June from 8 AM to 3 PM at Soulbelly BBQ located in the Las Vegas Arts District on Main St.
